The grapes that are used in MQ Vinhos wine production are produced in Quinta do Mato, one farm located in the epicenter of the Monção e Melgaço sub-region, the wine region of excellence for the production of Alvarinho.

The association of a distinctive microclimate resulting in the protection of hills that surround it, with a soil of schist, and an altitude of 200 meters, the 4ha of Quinta do Mato meets unique and distinct conditions for the production of Alvarinho grapes.
Without forgetting the sustainability of the environment, a constant concern of MQ Vinhos, were adopted practices that promote biodiversity and ecosystem growth, promoting the maintenance of existing biodiversity in Quinta do Mato.
